Soft material continued below the planned 4-inch cut at the west dock. Mark asked us to remove it, haul it off, and rebuild the base before we pour. Approx. 180 SF, average 6 inches additional depth.

Remove and dispose of unsuitable subgrade discovered below the planned excavation at the west loading dock. Rebuild the affected area with compacted Class A base material to support the scheduled concrete placement. Price includes crew labor, skid-steer time, base material, haul-off, and disposal for the approximately 180-square-foot area shown in the attached photos.
